Abstract

We conclude that information and communication technologies and general politics are two related concepts because each one expresses the other. Information or media tools play a tremendous role in affecting general politics because they control opinions in the way that serve those stakeholders and this is not a baseless claim for the one who sees how many countries made of media a powerful tool in passing their political systems and agendas as in the Quatarian general politics that made of Aljazeera the window from which they expresses their politics and ideas.
