أصبحت مسألة البيئة خلال العقدين الماضيين من أهم القضايا التي تشغل بال العالم، وذلك من أجل حمايتها ووضع الخطط الضرورية لتقلسص الآثار عليها، وتةعية الناس بمتطلبات الحفاظ عليها، وآثار إهمالها والإضرار بها، وتسعى الدراسة لتوضيح سبل تطوير أساليب التعليم بما يتواكب وهذه التحديات. وسيتم التركيز الجامعةكمؤسسة اجتماعية وتعليمية تقوم بمهمة التعليم جنبا إلى جنب مع مؤسسات المجتمع، من أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف.

Résumé: الملخص: يعد التعليم اليوم من أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى احداث الحراك الاجتماعي؛ والمدرسة هي المؤسسة الاجتماعية التي أوكل اليها المجتمع هذه المهمة بعد وظيفة التنشئة الاجتماعية، التي تتشارك مع الاسرة فيها؛ فبعد تراكم المعرفة وظهور التكنولوجيا وتطورها على وتيرة متسارعة، زادت أهمية المدرسة والتعليم في المجتمعات المعاصرة، لم يحدثه هذا الأخير من تحولات وتغيرات في مختلف مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية، وهذا ما يؤدي بالعديد من الحالات بحدوث ما يسمى بالحراك الاجتماعي، فما العلاقة التي تربط المدرسة والتعليم بصفة خاصة بالحراك الاجتماعي؟ وما هو الدور الذي تلعبه المدرسة في احداث الحراك الاجتماعي؟

Abstract:
This articles aiming to reveal the absence of a real Islamic media practice within the global information systems through the ages , from the media authoritarianism to liberal media then to socialism.. our Arab media systems become a mix of these global systems fluctuating between freedom and restrictions .while the Islamic media alternative , present and absent at the same time , remained lost in a fragile policy characterized by double standards in thought and practice , despite the fact that the Islamic regime is the only way to lead the media efficiently and effectively towards achieving the comprehensiveness of values and moral standards .2016-01-01T00:00:00Z
